How to Use the Programming Device
Follow the steps below when programming an EWS module:

Ensure no key is inserted in the ignition.

Remove the EWS unit from the vehicle.

Open the EWS cover.

Clean the microprocessor pins.

Set the DIP switches according to the function required.

Connect the device socket to the microprocessor.

Press the ON/OFF button – the RED LED lights up.

Press START:

Yellow LED (2–3 seconds) = reading/processing

Green LED = operation successful

Green + Yellow LED = bad contact → clean/readjust and repeat

Switch off the device.

Reassemble the EWS and reinstall it in the vehicle.
